Service Traffic Screen

The Service Traffic screen is used to view the number of upcoming service appointments, search for service leads, and determine the status of service lead proposals.

To access the Service Traffic screen, click the (Service Traffic) icon.

The following panels are available on the Service Traffic screen.

• Upcoming Appointments panel. The Upcoming Appointments panel is used to view the number of upcoming service appointments for the next five business days. This section can also be used to view the leads for upcoming appointments.
• Search Criteria panel. The Search Criteria panel is used to define criteria to search for service leads.
• Results panel. The Results panel is used to view information for service leads and proposals matching the entered search criteria. This section can be viewed as a detailed list or an interactive graph. Additionally, this section can be used to access detailed proposal information for service leads.
